Here are some of the evaluation comments attendees shared in 2023.

• “I suggest that next time the community sessions are advertised as something facility nurses should learn from. They were great but a lot of the information provided is already known to those of us in community, we need facility HCPs knowing these realities.”

• “Skills stations were too cramped would like to see more advanced sessions”

• “It would've been more beneficial for the corporate sponsors if there was more exhibit hours after the skills labs.”

• “Have an easily accessible location for the conference, downtown Toronto was not the easiest nor the greatest when it came to traffic at rush hours.”

• “Start a little later (even by half an hour) and take a little time off the meals and break periods.”

• “Have the conference at a cheaper hotel. Even with the special price, 250/night is VERY expensive and the downtown Toronto region itself is expensive to stay at. Having a cheaper price would allow people that aren't as financially flexible, to attend, travel and stay at the hotel where the conference is at.”

• “Have double-sided ID badges, they would often flip and the name of the person could not be seen.”

• “I would also encourage you to have bigger writing (to help those with visual impairment)”

• “Have different lanyard colours for the CVAA executive team, the Chapter executive members and industry partners”
